Cleanroom:
The semiconductor device fabrication takes place at the Nanofabrication center of C2N. It is a state-of-art nano-fabrication facility.

Mid-Infrared and THz electro-optical device characterizations
Our lab hosts a variety of experimental setups that permit to fully characterise optoelectronic devices in the near-IR, mid-IR and THz spectral ranges.

The setups permit active (light-current voltage, emission spectra, luminescence, detectivity, detector TBlip...) or passive (angular resolved reflectivity and transmission...).

All the characterizations can be performed from a temperature of 5K up to 350 K.
